Renewed Call for Proposals: Solar-Powered Green Air Conditioning in Grenada
Cool Contributions fighting Climate Change (C4 II) is a project commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) under the International Climate Initiative (IKI) and implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). The local executing partner is the National Ozone Unit (NOU), Ministry of Climate Resilience, the Environment and Renewable Energy.
C4 II supports partner countries, like Grenada, in the development of greenhouse gas (GHG) mitigation strategies in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC). These strategies are to be integrated into the countries’ national climate goals in their nationally determined contributions (NDCs).
Call for Proposals: Solar-Powered Green Air Conditioning in Grenada
C4 II aims to demonstrate solar-powered air conditioning using R290 (propane) refrigerant in cooperation with a licensed business or public entity in Grenada.
Apply with your concept and seek for technical advice and financial support to realize Green Air Conditioning powered by your photovoltaic (PV) system in your premises.
