At its thirteenth meeting, the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Board decided on the operational modalities of the Project Preparation Facility (PPF)1 to support project and programme preparation requests from all accredited entities, especially direct access entities and micro-to-small size category projects.2 This document aims to elaborate information on the PPF including the process, funding and scope of activities that could be supported through the PPF.
