Direct Access Entities: Institutions that apply for accreditation through the direct access modality. They are regional, national, and sub-national institutions that are required to provide evidence of a nomination from an NDA or Focal Point with their application documents. Entities that are accredited under the direct access modality, or wish to be accredited, may be eligible to receive support under the Readiness Programme at the request of its NDA or Focal Point.
